This is all the buzz at work today. It's a $2500 car with a 33bhp 625cc engine that seats 5. It's 0-60 time can probably be measured in minutes, if not hours, but for a little run-about, it's pretty perfect.
Wikipedia has a few errors on it, but they've got it mostly right.
